Dr. Yuan Zhou

Dr. Yuan Zhou holds a Master of Science in Management from Glyndwr University, UK and a Master of Science in Hospitality Management from University of South Florida, US. She also earned a Ph.D. in Management from University Technology Malaysia, Malaysia. Prior to joining M3 center, she served as a post-doctoral scholar in the Dedman College of
Hospitality, Florida State University. Between 2007 to 2016, she worked at the Beifang University of Nationalities in China as a staff member in the International Office and a lecturer in the School of English Language and Culture.

She is current serving as a visiting research scholar at the M3 Center Technology and Innovation in Hospitality and Tourism, School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, University of South Florida. Her research interests are in the areas of human behavior in hospitality and tourism, including aspects of consumer and employee behaviors. She has published several research papers in internationally referred hospitality and tourism journals such as International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing, and Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
