Dr. Rab Nawaz Lodhi

Dr. Rab Nawaz Lodhi is an Associate Professor (BPS – 20) and serves as the Deputy Director at both the Executive Development Training Center (ETDC) and the International Office at Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan. He is also a Visiting Professor at Muma College of Business, University of South Florida, USA. QSR International (Pty) Ltd. Melbourne, Australia certified him in 2013 as an International Trainer and Consultant for NVivo 9/10. He is also a LUMS Certified Expert in Microsoft Power BI. Previously, He served as Chairman of UE Business School at the University of Education, Lahore, Pakistan, and as a Visiting Professor at Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University and Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsouz, Kazakhstan, funded by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He also provided his consultancy for the research projects funded by Harvard University, USA and USAID, conducted at King Abdul Aziz University, Saudi Arabia, and Aga Khan University, Karachi.

He has contributed significantly to academia with over 100 research publications, many in impact factor journals by Elsevier, Emerald, Sage, John Wiley and Sons, Springer, and Taylor & Francis Group. As the Managing Editor of the Entrepreneurship and Small Business Review, the official journal of the University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan, He has demonstrated his editorial expertise. Additionally, He served as a Guest Editor for the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology (SSCI, Impact Factor 4.7, Q1) by Emerald for a special issue on Qualitative Research in Hospitality and Tourism Management. He also has good proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis tools includes NVivo, Atlas- ti, SPSS, AMOS, Smart PLS, and MPlus. He has trained over 7000 MS/PhD students, lecturers, and professors across 80+ universities globally. Likewise, under the platform of Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC), he has trained thousands of lecturers and assistant professors of different universities and colleges in Punjab, Pakistan in modern teaching methodologies and technology-enhanced learning systems including learning management systems (LMS), outcome-based education (OBE), blending learning and flipped class room environment.

Furthermore, he has trained in person over 5000 industry professionals in modern IT applications and software across disciplines such as accounting, finance, marketing, HRM, and project management in professional training centers, universities and industry. His areas of interest encompass Effective Leadership and Change Management, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Strategy, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Success Evaluation, e-Business, and Software Applications in Business, including Accounting Information Systems, Financial Modeling, Human Resource Information Systems, Digital Marketing, and Digital Project Management.
