Dr. Annamarie Sisson

Dr. Sisson joined University of Florida in 2019 as a Lecturer. With a hospitality career that spans nearly two decades, Annamarie has been involved from service on the front lines to Assistant General Manager in various lodging properties. Annamarie has spent the past seven years in hospitality higher education and her research background is comprised of hospitality leadership, sustainable event design, and curriculum and instruction. Annamarie also serves as the advisor of the Tourism, Hospitality & Event Management Society and active member in the UF Association for Academic Women, Queer Nation, PCMA, Florida Festival & Events Association, and SECSA CHRIE Federation.
